We were always this think about this point about cutting down the cost. For that we identified various stages of sofa making and materials used and then tried to cut down the cost.
In case of upholstery materials, instead of giving a lot of options to customers, we decided to classify as Standard and Premium. We decided to buy the Standard in bulk and that reduced the cost significantly.

 We have also decided to have our own internal foam manufacturing.

Another important consumer of cost was the transport. In Bangalore’s heavy traffic it used to cost us a lot. We decided to start multiple small manufacturing spots on various areas of Bangalore.

We also cut down the labour cost by doing the manufacturing in Bulk.
